DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

Filing a DMCA Notice

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury: A declaration that the information provided in your notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of the work.

  6. Signature: Provide your electronic signature or, if submitting a physical notice, your physical signature.

Once we receive your DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly review the information and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the notice is valid.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content has been mistakenly removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. This process is outlined below:

  1. Identification of the material removed: Provide identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the URL(s) where the content appeared before it was removed.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your contact information: Provide your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (if you are located in the United States) or, if you are located outside the United States, in any district where clipff.link may be found.

  5. Your electronic or physical signature: Include your signature to authenticate your counter-notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward the notice to the original complainant and may restore the removed content after a period of 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a lawsuit to prevent the restoration of the material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, clipff.link has adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrights. If you are a copyright holder and you believe that a user of our website has repeatedly infringed your rights, please provide us with the necessary details as described in the DMCA notice section so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Limitation of Liability

In compliance with the DMCA’s safe harbor provisions, clipff.link will not be held liable for any infringing content posted by users of our website. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party users, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from any content that may infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Our role is limited to providing a platform for content posted by users, and once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove the alleged infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion even in the absence of a formal notice.
